Shooting Survivor Urges Culprit Surrender: About three weeks ago, there was a near-fatal shooting. The survivor urges the culprit to surrender to the police.

Heriberto Fernandez wonders, “What if my child was in intensive care?” I’m glad I’m solely to blame for this mess.

On August 23, he fought a stranger after picking up his children’s mother. Fernandez was fatally shot, witnessed by his children.
