Marc Roberts Miami Beach Property: Prominent Nightclub Entrepreneur Marc Roberts Buys $16.8 Million

Marc Roberts Miami Beach Property: According to sources, prominent nightclub entrepreneur Marc Roberts and his wife, Marci, spent $16.8 million on a Miami Beach waterfront property.

JSFP II LLC, managed by Spectrum Business Ventures CEO Amit Raizada, bought 5777 Pine Tree Drive. Spectrum Business Ventures invests in businesses. It is in Foothill Ranch, California. The agreement was terminated the Wednesday before.

Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman listed the property, and Michael Gallinar of Adams Gallinar represented the Roberts.

Douglas Elliman’s Josh Altman, known for “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,” revealed a cool deal tale. Marc Roberts said he intended to buy a house during lunch at Estiatorio Milos in Miami Beach. Altman, who helps Californians sell their homes, quickly called from the table.

Altman added, “We made the agreement while eating lobster pasta,” and Goldentayer took over.

Marc Roberts runs Miami’s E11even Group. He was a sports agent in the 1980s and 1990s. This job made him the first to offer a sports marketing company publicly. His real estate career began in the early 2000s with Miami condo construction. In 2014, he founded E11even. In 2015, he built two club-named residences. Roberts, Lion Development Group, and PMG will build an Airbnb residential tower near the pub in downtown Miami this year.

The Roberts family has a Portofino Murano house. They paid $5.5 million in 2019.

In 2021, Raizada’s Florida company invested $4 million in 0.3 acres of land. The land is on Pine Tree Drive. They demolished the old house to build a 7,000-square-foot one. The new house features 6 1/2 baths and six bedrooms. Builder Juan Carlos Abelairas managed the project. The house has a pool, cabana, wine room, and 76 feet of waterfront. All are awesome.

The mansion sold for $3.1 million less than its February listing of $19.9 million.

This deal shows the strength of Miami Beach’s costly oceanfront housing market. Rapper Rick Ross paid $35 million for a Star Island waterfront property! However, watchmakers Shlomi and Lior Ben-Shmuel sold a decrepit Allison Island property on the water for $17.6 million.

Cher’s former La Gorce Island home is listed for $42.5 million this month.
