This full-service resort, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and its iconic white sand beaches, is set to become Alabama’s premier tourism destination, nestled in the vibrant City of Gulf Shores.

Embassy Suites Gulf Shores, a collaborative effort between the three firms, is currently in progress. DD Partners and Woodbine take the lead in development and asset management, while Peachtree will oversee operations upon the resort’s completion in the summer of 2025. The project’s architect of record is PFVS, with Robins & Morton serving as the contractor.

This eight-story haven will boast 257 all-suite beachfront guestrooms, featuring a lobby bar and restaurant. The rooftop amenity terrace, complete with a bar and grille, pool deck, and outdoor entertainment venue, promises breathtaking views.
