Financing partners Trustmark, First US Bank, and Metro Bank contribute $45 million in debt financing for the visionary Colina West Homewood. Protective Life steps in with a substantial $73 million in debt financing for the equally ambitious Colina Hillside, marking a significant investment in the future of Birmingham’s real estate landscape.
Colina West Homewood, comprising 310 units, promises a living experience defined by innovation and comfort. These residences, averaging 963 square feet, span three-story buildings and two-story carriage homes. Smart access controls, glass-door showers, oversized windows, and walk-in closets adorn the one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
