Alabama Weather Update: Foggy Start, Clearing Skies, and Cooler Temps Ahead

Alabama Weather Update: Rise and shine, Alabama! Fog might slow down your early Monday commute, so give yourself a few extra minutes. The weekend rain has left surfaces wet, potentially reducing visibility. Although yesterday lacked abundant sunshine, today promises a comeback, with highs reaching the 60s as clouds clear out.

This work and school week anticipates dry and mostly sunny conditions, accompanied by cooler temperatures starting tomorrow. Expect overnight lows in the upper 30s to lower 40s on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.

A cold front is set to sweep across the state on Tuesday, bringing even colder weather by Wednesday. Midweek highs might struggle to reach the mid to upper 50s, despite ample sunshine. Wednesday night into Thursday morning could see lows around freezing.

Temperatures will gradually rise towards the end of the week and into the weekend. Thursday’s highs will be in the upper 50s, progressing to the middle to upper 60s by Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Overnight lows will hover in the 30s and 40s during this period.

Dry conditions are expected until the weekend’s end, with the next rainmaker potentially arriving between December 9th and 10th.
