Alabama Football Finest Shine: Alabama football proudly named Jalen Milroe, Dallas Turner, and Malachi Moore as permanent captains for the 2023 season during its annual awards banquet. These exceptional players will leave their mark at Denny Chimes on UA’s campus, immortalized with hand and cleat prints before the upcoming spring game.

Milroe, the Crimson Tide’s quarterback, had a standout night, not only securing the captaincy but also being named the team’s MVP and the most inspiring player. Turner, who shares the defensive player of the year award, showcased outstanding performances, leading in tackles and points. Moore, earning the Pat Trammel Award, also clinched the President’s Award, reflecting his exceptional character and contributions.

As Alabama gears up for the College Football Playoff, securing the No. 4 seed, these award-winners embody the excellence that defines Crimson Tide football. The team is set to face Michigan in the Rose Bowl semifinal game on January 1.
