JF Morris Performance Presents Best of Broadway: JF Morris Performance LLC proudly introduces the Best of Broadway Cabaret Series in Mobile, Alabama. This emerging theatrical production company, led by Executive Director Jacob F. Morris, emphasizes hiring local performing artists to deliver accessible and high-quality entertainment.
Morris, a regional director and performer with experience directing for private companies like Bay Area Performing Arts and the City of Orange Beach, spearheads the company.
Artistic Associates for the company include Michael Seward of Seward Studios, Malinda Powers, an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Mobile, Justin Gipson, a technical theatre specialist, and A&R Producer, and Hannah Grace Smith, Theatre Director at St. Lukes Episcopal School.
The Best of Broadway Cabaret Series, running through May 2024, celebrates the world of musical theatre. Upcoming shows include The Best of Broadway: MEGA MUSICALS on December 10th and A VERY BROADWAY HOLIDAY on December 21st.
The company’s commitment to community involvement is evident in its Mobile-based production team and a talented cast of local performers. Beyond providing entertainment, this series aims to support Mobiles professional theatre and entertainment industry.
