Auburn Nehemiah Pritchett Set for Spotlight: at 2024 Reese Senior Bowl

Auburn Nehemiah Pritchett Set for Spotlight: Auburn cornerback Nehemiah Pritchett has received an invitation to the 2024 Reese’s Senior Bowl, as announced on Wednesday.

Hailing from Jackson, Pritchett will join Tigers cornerback D.J. James in showcasing their talents at the annual college football all-star game and NFL draft event. Scheduled for February 3 at Mobile’s Hancock Whitney Stadium, the 2024 Senior Bowl marks its 75th anniversary and allows non-graduate underclassmen to participate for the first time.

Standing at 6 feet 1 inch and weighing 184 pounds, Pritchett has been a consistent presence at cornerback for Auburn over the last three seasons. Despite being limited to seven games this season due to injury, he has contributed with 18 tackles, two pass breakups, and an interception.

Pritchett’s acceptance adds to the roster of players with ties to the state confirmed for the Senior Bowl. Alongside James, Missouri cornerback Kris Abrams-Draine (from Spanish Fort) and Miami offensive lineman Javion Cohen, a Phenix City native who played at Alabama for three seasons, are also set to participate.

The 2024 Senior Bowl, sponsored by the NFL Players Association for the first time this year, will kick off at noon on February 3, with the game broadcast live on NFL Network.
