Foley Oasis Dollar 50 Million Resort-Style Hotel: Foley, Alabama Get ready for a slice of paradise in Foley! A lavish resort-style hotel, valued at over $50 million, is making its way to the heart of Alabama as the Poarch Band of Creek Indians enhances the OWA Parks & Resort experience.

Mark your calendars for the grand opening in May 2025. Nestled on the northeast side of the Tropic Falls waterpark, the hotel promises a tropical escape for visitors seeking a convenient stay near OWA.

Dale Partners, architects hailing from Jackson, Mississippi, are crafting a vibrant, sleek design infused with a tropical theme. Overseeing the construction is Rabren General Contractors, a heavyweight in Alabama’s construction scene.

Cody Williamson, the President/CEO of Creek Indian Enterprises Development Authority, expressed enthusiasm, stating, “We are very excited to add this tropical inspired resort hotel to our portfolio. This new hotel will give guests another option to relax in Coastal Alabama while still enjoying all the fun amenities that OWA has to offer.

While the multi-story hotel is still in the design phase, the vision includes tropical-themed guest rooms complete with a kitchenette and workspace. Families can opt for bunk bed spaces to accommodate larger groups. The resort will boast an outdoor pool with a bar and grill, a 24-hour fitness center, meeting space, lounge, convenience store, and arcade. Complimentary valet service, wifi, and breakfast will add to the allure.

This new addition, coupled with the recent $70 million expansion of the Tropic Falls Water Park, the luxury Tropic Hideaway RV Park, and the flourishing businesses in Downtown OWA, underscores The Tribe’s commitment to elevate the OWA Parks and Resort experience.
