Bridge Street Town Centre Lights Up: Bridge Street Town Centre is gearing up to spread holiday cheer with its 14th annual Lights Up holiday lighting event, scheduled for Friday, November 17, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. The festive event, taking place at the north end of the center near Cinemark, is a free holiday experience for the Huntsville-Madison community to enjoy with friends and family.

The evening will kick off with live music by local band Big Daddy Kingfish at 4:30 p.m. Attendees can also enjoy the delightful sounds of strolling Victorian carolers and anticipate a special appearance by none other than Santa and Mrs. Claus. The highlight of the event will be the lighting of the impressive 45-foot Christmas tree at 6:45 p.m., followed by the Bridge Street Town Centre’s Holiday Light Show at 7 p.m.

Haley Buie, Marketing Manager for Bridge Street Town Centre, expressed excitement about bringing this magical experience to the community. She noted the anticipation for a bigger and better event this year, thanks to local partnerships that enhance the holiday festivities.

Following the official lighting ceremony, attendees can partake in shopping and dining at over 75 retailers and restaurants. The Bridge Street Express will offer train rides, and free carousel rides will be available throughout the evening, providing a joyful start to the holiday season.
