Shine Two Standout Students from Hoover: Two standout students hailing from Hoover, Alabama, shine in the spotlight as part of the Mississippi State University 2023 Homecoming Court.

Reagan Hendricks, a 2021 graduate of Hoover High School and a current biomedical engineering major, holds the distinguished title of one of the junior maids on the court. On the other hand, Ryan McKern, a recent graduate of Spain Park High School, is making her mark as one of the freshman maids while pursuing a major in biological sciences/pre-medicine.

The grand presentation of the Homecoming Court is set to take place during the halftime of the Mississippi State football clash with the University of Kentucky on November 4, 2023.

Reagan Hendricks, showcasing her dedication to the field, completed an internship with Boston Scientific as a manufacturing engineering intern in urology and pelvic health in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her passion for healthcare and interest in medical device manufacturing drive her aspirations to contribute to healthcare technology advancements and positively impact the lives of patients worldwide.

Ryan McKern, grateful for the preparation received at Spain Park, envisions a future in the medical field. Proudly representing Spain Park and Hoover in Mississippi State’s Homecoming Court, she expresses her gratitude for the valuable foundation laid by her high school in shaping her college journey.

The distinguished Homecoming Court at Mississippi State features outstanding individuals, including this year’s king and queen, Cole Ray of Indian Springs Village and Carrington Davis of Columbus, Mississippi. Cole Ray, a senior majoring in marketing and supply chain logistics, and Carrington Davis, a senior majoring in elementary education, lead the royal court.

The titles of Miss Mississippi State University and Mr. MSU are proudly held by Ann Olivia Radicioni of Clinton, Mississippi, a senior majoring in political science, and Matteo Mauro of Gulf Breeze, Florida, a senior majoring in communication/public relations. The Homecoming Court stands as a testament to the diverse talents and achievements of students at Mississippi State University.
