Exciting news for visitors to Tropic Falls waterpark in OWA! A tropical-inspired resort is in the works on the northeast side, set to open its doors in May 2025. Get ready for a delightful escape with this upcoming addition to the OWA experience.

This resort marks the Poarch Band of Creek Indians’ substantial investment in the OWA Parks & Resort, reaching an impressive total of $414M. The project’s design is entrusted to the skilled architects at Dale Partners, hailing from Jackson, Mississippi, while Rabren General Contractors, based in Alabama, will take on the role of the general contractor for the resort.
