This resort marks the Poarch Band of Creek Indians’ substantial investment in the OWA Parks & Resort, reaching an impressive total of $414M. The project’s design is entrusted to the skilled architects at Dale Partners, hailing from Jackson, Mississippi, while Rabren General Contractors, based in Alabama, will take on the role of the general contractor for the resort.
